Our restaurant perpetuates the know-how of “homemade” Basque and French cuisine.
We have kept the spirit of a family inn whilst offering a unique menu which is renewed at every mealtime by our chef. This formula enables us to provide fresh cuisine made on the day itself using high quality products: Saint Jean de Luz hake, Axoa (veal stew), local meat from Souraide …. Homemade desserts.
From mid-April to early November, you are free to choose either half-board or discover our cuisine from day to day.

Children are obviously welcome with a special rate for children aged 5 to 12 and free for children under 4 years old.
And of course we know how to adapt to everyone’s tastes and needs (salt free, gluten free, without fish, without meat ….)
