For us, breakfast is an important part of getting the day off to a good start.
So we offer a buffet of sweet products, selected for their quality and their organic or local origin. To make the most of this moment of happiness, we serve breakfast in our lounge, on the veranda or in the garden.
And all for the very reasonable price of €10.50 (€7.00 for children aged 5 to 12 – free for children under 4). Continental breakfast available in your room at no extra charge.

Our breakfast consists of :
- Organic Arabica coffee, decaffeinated, chicory-brewed
- Organic and fair trade English breakfast tea, earl grey or green tea
- Van Houten chocolate
- Muesli and chocolate cereals
- Whole milk and yoghurt from Xalarriko borda farm in Sare
- Organic honey from beekeeper Mikela Untzain in Ascain
- Jam from the Maison Andrésy “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (Living Heritage Company)
- Corn bread, walnut bread and baguettes from the Ogi Labea bakery
- Pure butter mini-viennoiseries
- Spreads from Antton d’Espelette without palm oil
- Fresh fruit straight from the market
- Orange and apple juice 100% fruit juice pressed in the Basque Country
- Dried fruit
- Basque cherry cake from the Okina patisserie
- In addition, you can order eggs, Bayonne ham, white ham and Basque cheeses.
